Zippity do dah do this wine.so very refreshing but has a hint of softness too. Its acidity isn’t neon, more of a soft pastel—springlike. In fact I feel like this wine smells like Easter. A fresh lawn, some lilies, and morning dew. Do. Do this dew, not the mountain one.

Comes from Touraine, a region in the Loire Valley that also produces good value/price Sauvignon Blanc’s. Claccic SB, pale with green edges, fruit and citrus aromas. On the palate peach, sweet grapefruit and lime citrus flavors, delicate spice, vivid acidity on medium finish. Tasting Sample. Nice!

Delicious Loire Sauv Blanc, with nice acidity and brightness, but with plenty of mid-palate tropical fruit roundness. Called Bordeaux Blanc blind. Fun times with the WSET crew, Chris and Alison. Thanks Ellie.
