Deep Ruby (darker than most OR Pinot’s) with aromas of blue and red fruits with an array of spices and wet stone notes. On the palate youthful flavors of cherry and fresh strawberry, licorice, smoke and tea notes with elegant spice. Fine tannins, long ending with fruit and tangy spice and mineral notes. Great now, has some short term aging potential but might lose the vibrant character. Tasted twice!

Founded in 2002 by two wine industry couples, the Hatchers and the Francis Tannahills, the brand has steadily grown from the first vintage of 2,600 cases of Pinot Noir. Deep Ruby with aromas of red fruit and sweet floral spice. On the palate cherry and raspberry flavors, herb notes and pepper spice. Tannins are young and have some grip. Medium ending with acidity.

Definite cherry and strawberry notes. Earth and leather with a hint of tobacco.

Enjoyable but not sure it’s worth the extra up charge from regular A to Z Pinot

Light ruby hue. Aromas of cherry, earth, pepper, and raspberry. Medium-minus body and tannins, and medium-plus acidity. Palate adds more red fruit with a medium-length finish. Very solid Pinot. Soft edges.
