Compared to the non-rose version this has less oak influence. Plenty of red berries on nose and palate. Medium+ acidity adds some tartness and in my opinion this needs food por more time in the bottle. On 2nd day better balanced as the midpalate picks up significantly

A v. nice rosé bubbly with fresh raspberries and strawberries. Good quality of the fizz plus some richness coming from partial oak ageing. Drinking very nicely on warm evenings.
