Prefect wine for meal at the Barn - the head master sommelier had a glass with us and I swear for one moment I thought he was going to lose it - he wiped away the small tear of joy from the corner of his eye and composed myself and says that is incredible
I totally agree with that and in fact I can take it one more step - amazing purplish color - smells from big dark fruits pop out everywhere and the taste was divine
But the most amazing experience was the finish - structure hits your mouth and palette and keeps hitting and hitting until you somehow forgot to breath and wham! The finish is longest most interesting finish I think I have experienced in a very long time / I'm a believer - this is the exact example of what Big Bold Beautiful means to me!!!
I woke up this morning and started searching for more / thank you again DL and still smiling this morning!!!!!

11' Entre Nous. It needs a 2 hour decanting. What an elegant bottle of wine. After the alcohol blew off of it. Complexity/middle of the palate slightly lacking. Otherwise… Very much a crowdpleaser.

Has that ruby red pinot color unlike the normal big cabs I like, this was the most expensive out of the 6, $150.00 minus the 25% discount, so still a little over a hundred.
None were horrible, but nothing special out of the 6 this wknd either.
Should of looked at Parkers review first, 90-93,
2nd day & 2 more hours of decant really opened this up,

Fruit quality is off the charts! Modern style with plenty of dirt. Great stuff. Thanks to @David L for the swap a couple of years back!

This is drinking beautifully today ... great concentration.. blueberry pie, mint, vanilla.. still with moderately grippy tannins.. excellent wine!!

Another classic from the Bespoke Collection. Although I hate the wax seal over the cork. Very difficult to remove.
