Always a fun wine. Had with our Christmas Eve traditional Mexican dinner.

Nose smells wonderful and sweet a bit like a port. Initially this wine tasted rough and tart with unbalanced tannins and acidity. After an hour and a half. Of decanting the wine changed completely and gained a dry complexity. I'm sure some wine drinkers would really like this, but it's not my style.
