"Light, fresh, and mineral with lots of bouncy red fruit cut with searing acidity. The nose has a touch of red currants and graphite with flavors of crushed red raspberries, tart red plums and blood orange through the snappy mouthwatering finish." An old world pinot noir from a cult German producer. Wine is produced fully in barrel. Purchased from Flatiron - a bit too acidic.

starts off rly sweet but dries out before it's too much. sweet and sour grapey. couldn't drink too much of this on its own but would love to try with some fatty duck like Ross says to do.
