Really interesting to taste palomino in a wine that's not sherry. Lower acid left this a little flat.

Super cool. Like flat champagne. With a nose like gin. Wacky 12%. It's essentially the base to inocente. Only fortified wines can be labeled Jerez.

Salty and nutty - low alcohol and low acid. Lovely with cheese

Drank 2016. Very little on the nose but almost sherry like nuttiness on the palate.

Goofy juice! It's like diet Porto. Briney but not too acidic.

Unfortified fino. Bit of brine.

Very sherry-ish. A bit much in large quantities, but I quite like it.

Agree with previous poster that this has a strong oyster shell aroma on the nose. 2016 is zippy, strong acid in the mid pallet but it doesn’t last. Would be great with a seafood tower.

Loved this. It's my go-to wine right now in a hot August. Smells like juniper berries and oyster shells. Tastes like it too, now that I think of it!
