50/50 #garnachapeluda and #garnacha machine harvested from 50+ year old vines that began as bush vines and that were later trained on clay and stony soil in the village of Aguarón in Cariñena. 1600 numbered bottles. @vinosdelviento means #wind #wines and it's due to the strong presence of the #Cierzo winds that blow in this region. Clear and bright medium ruby red, light stain, medium tears, medium viscosity, clean powerful aromas of ripe raspberry, strawberry and cranberry with herbal touches of fennel and tea and alcohol. No oak. Dry, medium tannin, medium plus acidity, high alcohol, medium body, round texture, well balanced with an almost candy like sensation of wild berries, medium complexity, long finish. Warm climate, can age for the next 3-5 years. I would have given it a 10 because it's my wine, but on a technical level it's a solid 9.2
