Very curious. Unique characteristics make it not something I'd drink every day but nice once in a while and definitely in the heat. Think this one was 100% Sauvignon Blanc though.

Love this young sauvignon blanc and chenin blend. Common blend in the region but this is the best I've had. The Valle sauvs aren't your typical. They're fuller bodied and with salty notes. But this one is still crisp, with nice balance between the sharp tension of the sauvignon blanc and the roundness of the Chenin

Salinity, almost to a fault...but put into context this wine works well with food. It lacks the snappy acidity of the traditional Loire style but i think that is what they were going for.
