6 day skin fermentation in concrete biodynamic

Mudded strawberry, cherry, pear and slight peach fruit, hot stones, herbs, spring flowers. Mineral throughout, nice interplay of fleshy fruit, pithy citrus, and bitter notes across the palate. Has a distinct earthy feel to it, somewhat musky, somewhat reminiscent of the garrigue-laden wines from the S. Rhône.

Rosy cloud hewn from dusky rough bumps of fuzzy ripe raspberries. Musked perfume hums down the middle of a sigh, lingering in the corners of my mouth, reminding me that all things, eventually, find serenity within their own skin.

Cloudy deep pink; medium intensity aromas of cranberry, Fuji apple, Asian pear, apricot, barnyard, hay, crushed gravel; dry, high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity flavors of cranberry, Fuji apple, apricot, barnyard, hay, mineral; medium finish, complex and interesting

Interesting wine. Noticeable minerality, acid. Enjoyable but not something I’d seek out

Funky, almost like a sweet/sour raspberry candy

Rose color. I think it’s technically an orange wine. Lovely. Fresh. Some poop on the nose. Grapefruit. Good fruit. Mineral.

White peach, overripe kiwi, butter. balanced, and tasty

Awesome red orange color that is intoxicating. Smooth wine that is as fun to drink as it is to look at. Enjoyed on NYE 2018. Can’t wait to drink again.
