NV / Lazy Saturday Lunch, trying a combination that is classic but unknown to me: oysters with stout beer. Imperial Stout aged on Coffee, Cacao Nibs, Vannilla Beans and Chili Peppers. Indeed a nice combination. I would not mind to get this stout as present on éach birthday 😌

Had two of these this night. First was totally skunked--the coffee tasted sour and the beer smelled like wet cardboard. The second was much better but still not my favorite Bomb! variant.
