California Cabernet Sauvignon

Excellent, well-balanced Cabernet with hints of strawberry and raspberry. Not too sweet and not too dry — the way a Cabernet should be.

Well balanced, mild sweetness and ripe fruit

Tastes sweet when opened. Needs aeration. On sweeter side (jam flavor) but smooth once has some exposure to air

Nice with steak

Lush, dark plum and blackberries round the palette. It has soft tannins and a long velvety finish.
