Tried to choose a wine that would pair with 2 unique dishes: Hanoi catfish w/rice noodles & spicy mango salad, and cinnamon chicken w/cantaloupe cucumber salad. With catfish tasty; not perfect but tasty. This wine never lets me down.

Really good balance. Nose & mouth of mango, papaya, pear, apricot & grapefruit with a bit of clove & cinnamon.

Interesting. A cross between Sauvignon Blanca and Chardonnay. Citrus fruits with a smooth buttery finish. For the money though there are much better Sauvignon’s and blends.
