This could have realty benefited from a touch of RS, enough to round up the corners. The amount of sediment was also remarkable and off-putting. Yes, I know what bottle conditioning means, but here's where cider makers might want to take a leaf from the champagne tree. The flavors were very good, but the sharpness bordered on metallic
