Very nice American Sparkler. Fruit forward aromas and flavors of apple, lime and lemon. Strong mineral notes. Creamy texture with just a hint of Leesy Brioche on the long and lingering earthy finish. A touch tangy, but clean and smooth. Revisited in December 2021. Always consistently good. Revisited again in April 2024.

Clean and fresh with citrus, bubbles, and acid to spare. This New Mexico sparkler could easily pass as a nice Napa or Sonoma in the same price range.
