Nice and light rosé from Spain for #Vuelta2017. Clean taste with white flowers and good minerality. Beautiful pale salmon color. Very enjoyable on a warm night.

The rosé, still made from 100% old vine garnacha.
Pale salmon/pink in the glass but the nose is beautifully floral and red fruited. The palate has more earthiness than I expected but still has white flower notes alongside the dusty earth ones. Not too tart, not too acidic, a pretty perfect porch sipper.

Dark red with red fruit aromas and citrus spice. On the palate cherry and plum flavors with orange rind notes, smooth tannins with juicy acidity ending with smoky notes. Good value. Tasting Sample.

Bought again, still good, first few sips are very tannic until palate adjusts. TW cheap. Buy again.

So Wine Advocate gave this wine 91 pts?? I tried. I decanted. I tried again and then I decanted again. Way too sweet for me. It has acid that wants to come out but just too much fruit. Oh well.
