This wine really shows more of a light copper color than pink. Its nose is full of ripe strawberries and an herbal note. On the palate, big time fruit again, this time featuring citrus. There is a strong mineral angle, too, and plenty of wonderful acidity. This will pair easily with the usual pink wine fare, but it will also be able to handle a pork chop or some sausage.

2016 Rose of Sangiovese, Columbia Valley, Washington. Light salmon pink in color. Strawberry note in nose, solid cherry strawberry flavor with length, lemon pith finish. Pretty packaging, smart concept, decent wine. Keep it underground, Mr. Pink

I'm a sucker for a Reservoir Dogs reference and I'm enjoying this more than I expected to.

Salmon pink in color. Not much in nose - herbs and a hint of vanilla? Peach water, herbs, strawberry and lemon in mouth with fine astringency on tongue and roof of mouth. Slight bitter finish. Dryish and plenty crisp with repeated sipping. Is a Tarentino rose by any other name just as bloody? The label will grab you, the wine should be just as assertive, but for the price you'll just keep quiet and drink it down - no concerns

Very, VERY light pink/peach in color. Very subtle fruit aromas and a little herbaceousness. Unripe strawberries and prominent lingering minerals. Nothing special, a good idea to blend it into a sangria!!
