Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Ruby with berry fruit, citrus and floral spice. On the palate, raspberry and cherry, nice and tangy, with cola and cedar notes adding some earthy tones. Bright acidity, soft expressive tannins, medium+ finish ending with mineral and cedar spice. Drink now & over next 5 years.

Quintessential RRV. Rhubarb, strawberry, cola, cherry. Incense wafting from the glass. Beautiful use of oak. Reference point wine for me.

Opening and balancing out since tasting at release. Great nose. It's all about the nose. Still tight on the palette.

Intense red fruit with polished tannins. Touch of French vanilla beans.

Had on the 2nd day. Fruity. Not as dense as normal.

Fruit forward, light and smooth Pinot. Notes of cherry and earthy tones.

Fine showing from the RRV, layers of purple jams, balance and openness.

It doesn’t get much better than this.

Usually love these guys but this bottle is thin, sour and has no complexity.
