Single Barrel Tennessee Rye Whiskey

Airplane glue and spice on the nose. A bit warm, with spicy flavors and dates, caramel and brown sugar all showing on the palate.

very polished, smooth yet balanced. Bit confused if we can consider as rye as of this smooth gentle character.

Apricot, oak, and smoky notes. Has a little bit of spice. Caramel on the nose.

Very nice. Sweetness at the end. What a surprise from JD!!
