‘Wine w/ a prickle” it states on the label.... perhaps “a tickle” would be more appropriate. Simple and bone dry. Perfect w/ the creaminess of Kumamoto’s.

Refreshing. Brisk.

The perfect Penedes Pet Nat. Salty and mineral driven, but not acidic, with a smooth rounded that surprised me. More floral than you would expect, too, with some lemon. Loved.

Great little bubbly. Not a wild second fermentation, but enough carbonation to be cleansing and exciting at the same time. “Prickly” is the right word for it, so the label nails it. Dry, slightly fruity with peaches and floral bouquets.

Very light, dry, and refreshing. Pairs perfectly with spicy food!

Zero fruit. Minerals. Salinity. Almost cider-like.

Crisp, flavor, and just a little fiz.

Great session wine! Fruity, would pair with just about anything but also great on it’s own. Bubbles last throughout the glass
