Took a terrible photo here...this is a cab Syrah blend. I must say this is some of the best Texas wine I've ever had. These people make Iconoclast as well that's also pretty good

Apr 6th, 2014Deep purple in color; cigar box, black cherries, and dried herbs on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like cherries, raspberries, eucalyptus, and wet slate with a long finish. Nellie says it's ok , and I agree.

This is an outstanding Texas wine from Becker Vineyards. Nice and perfect blend of Cabernet & Syrah. Nice color, good structure and very pleasant on the mouth. Berries, well mixed come through in a soft fruity palate. Texas wines are getting competitive.
