May 4th, 2018Honeysuckle and yeast on the nose. Soft, round presentation. Substantial oak, but not overdone. For the mid 30’s, not bad. Lacks a little weight and depth on the finish. Enough pleasure-pellets to go around, tho.

The chard was clean and easy to drink but it falls into the pedestrian and somewhat non memorable category. Nice lemon fruit. Good acidity. Flabby in mid pale and finish.
