Violets, chocolate, and tar aroma. Earthy, warm chocolate, blackberry, medium body with a little leather on the finish. Not a terribly deep flavor, but very smooth with a nice flavor. A very nice cab in the 12-15$ range.

I picked this Cab because it’s from Paso Robles. I have really enjoyed wine from that area. This one is very rich in flavor with notes of black cherry and blackberry. Full bodied with a bit of smokiness. Is pairing well with a quick dinner on this Friday evening.
