100% palomino from tiny parcels around village of Manzaneda in Val do Bibei. Fermented and raised in 2nd use large French barrels for 6 months. 1245 bottles for this first vintage.
Pale, ethereal fruit, softer acidity, yet it channels the terruño extremely well - salty rocks all up in the hizzie!

Very nutty and funky - reminded me of a combo of kombucha beer and alcoholic cider. Wouldn’t drink all the time, but pairs well seafood and Parmesan.
