Pretty classic Chinon. Nose of green peppers, raspberries and a bit of soap. Green pepper and boysenberries in the mouth. Good acidity and medium tannins. Medium-long finish. Really nice.

Nov 30th, 2017Pretty much the picture perfect definition of a Parisian "bistro" wine. It's nothing special, it's correct for a Chinon, and it's $15 bucks.... and it gets the job done. Went well with some chicken tortilla soup. Green peppers n raspberries. Medium finish.
