Brut Crémant de Bourgogne Chardonnay

Had the other night. Slight toast, apple fruit, some citrus. Unfortunately the acid was quite low and didn’t pull everything together.

Great everyday bubbles here. Nice toasty bake shop notes. A bit lacking on brightness but a great value nevertheless.

Nice toast notes on it. Surprisingly lovely by itself. Equally delicious used in a cocktail.
