Bright. Some slight new oak character. Lots of melon and apricot and softer, summer fruits.

Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc

50% Sauvignon Blanc, 50 Semillon. Modeled on Haut Brion Blanc, this is elegantly styled. Semillon gives aromatics and exotic fruit character, Sauvignon Blanc keeps it crisp, and oak aging gives lush texture without imparting flavor. Very good.

Dry which is my main requirement for a white wine and a nice grapefruit undertone nice with sushi 🍣

Fruit forward! Crisp green apple bouquet with a buttery finish

Very rarely drink white wines, but we loved this when we were in Sonoma. A mellow white with a little sweetness. Not overly complex, but quite smooth. Fresh crispness.

Disappointed because Cosentino usually delivers. Sauv blanc/semillon blend. Great fragrance - vanilla, citrus, green apple and pear. Disappointing flavors. Bland, not fruit forward. Maybe should have let it breathe more.

Decent white blend. Saving for Thanksgiving. Will be great with turkey!

Always a good one.
