Nice cab.

Not depends on the meal.

It’s well balanced. You can have it with or without food and still enjoy it.

I used a decanter and that helped a lot to open it faster.

A Paso Robles cab that needs to breathe...then it's absolutely delicious! Rich, with blackberry aromas.

It's ok, a fine wine if you're not thinking about wine. Nothing particularly stands out, but it's smooth and easy to drink

Pleasant delight- very rich and had a great time with my home made seared scallops.
