Ratatouille and Beaujolais Nouveau 2016. Perfect 👌 pairing. Maybe I have a flu 😷 but this time it taste even better. Nose full of strawberry jam, not intensive nor sweet, in mouth 👄 higher acidity, little tannins, and again 🍓. Maybe pairing influences my rating but we enjoyed this young wine.

It smells and tastes like skittles, vanilla, and an earthy or vegetal note that reminds me of hot cheese, but in a good way (I think?). Some VA, really weird, but I’m into it!!

Went on a wine tasting tour with Chelsea and she bought this for my birthday since I loved it so much. Brought it back to beachside and shared with friends and we all decided it is the best white wine we have ever had!! Full bodied but very smooth, definitely taste the vanilla and oak and some fruitiness. It is better a little chilled. I will definitely go get more of this for summertime!!☀️

Juicy, ripe red fruit and plum, hints of chocolate and mild spice. And fuck it, I'll just say it, there is some damn banana in there I swear. Anyways, pretty decent! Hashtag Gamay all day.
