Loved this fruity blend with high notes and smooth finish. Enjoyed it with flatbread pizza that was topped with goat cheese, mushrooms, and artichokes.

The #rhone blends I've had lately can be hit or miss sometimes but this one is superb. Cassis aroma blended with vanilla with layers of leather and earthy spice under. Velvety mouthfeel and elegant tannins with a touch of tart on the finish. Paired great with roasted vegetable Alfredo pasta and mushroom & olive Bruschetta. Great Rhône!

A friend got this through the Wall Street Journal selection. This was a good surprise. It's a little young but very decent for a meal with friends. I wonder how it would hold in next 2 years.
