Selección Crianza Somontano Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a really nice Cab with notes of black currant and blackberry. I love a wine that’s full of flavor and this one does not disappoint.

I was hoping it would grow on me.

Bold! Jammy blackberry black current, mineral ❤️

Mint and ripe wheat on the nose. A small amount of red fruit on the front. A light tannic structure holds this wine together. Lots of discordant high notes appear towards the end of the palate, But they fade quickly, and this wine ends a nice light mineral finish. Too bad Cab is taking over the world. I can’t help but think a native grape varietal would’ve made a more interesting tipple. Drinkable but not memorable.

Delicious black-currant flavor. Full-bodied, spicy

Lovely full bodied Could stand up to heavy meat but also pasta. Blackberry but clean short finish. No heavy tannin
