Light to medium extracted pigment, purple-red. Raspberry and menthol notes in nose. Blueberry and raspberry flavors, moderately high seed tannin bitterness and skin astringency initially, suggesting long skin and seed contact time, atypical in most Oregon Pinots. Give it time for the tannins to settle. Fresh grape pulp flavors on aftertaste. Light, fresh, fruity style typical of Day Wines, but healthy tannins too

Willamette Valley AVA, 94/3/3 blend of Pinot noir, Gamay noir and Cabernet Franc. Note: No Vineyard designation in this one. Paired it with veggie lasagna and the Oscars. Moderate pigment, purple-red, very good clarity. Tutti frutti nose initially, earthy later. Cherry-berry flavors with some length, slightly alcoholic bitterness initially in finish. Moderate skin astringency with a tactile, slightly acidic spritz in finish; later, chewy tannins and a slate flavor emerge. Minty tart blueberry aftertaste.

Such a beautiful wine with a combination of New World luscious red fruit and a distinctly Old World earthiness. Lots of smoke, violet, and even lavender to give it striking dimension. This is biodynamic at its best

Bright ripe raspberry. Almost a candied cherry. Rich ripe with some tart fruit on the palate. Some light spice. And some red flowers. Moderate alcohol and acid. Lighter tannin.
