Tïn Trebbiano

White flowers, peach skin, orange oil. Pale, creamy orange in the glass, a bit of texture but very light and graceful skin contact white. Herbal component on the nose, and refreshing acidity. Digging it with cured meat rn.

Strong strawberry taste

Skin contact blend of trebbiano and malvasia from chianti. Might be a bit young. Has some oxidative, nutty qualities. Crisp and low alcohol with the slight grip on the finish that young skin contact whites can have. On day 3, more grapefruit, citrus peel notes and a fleshier texture.

More delicate than previous years, but the funk is there

It has a feel of a great wine, breeding, refinement, restraint, reminiscent of some other very expensive Italian Whites, but the aroma is non-existent, and it never develops any over the 48 hour period

Skin contact Trebbiano from Tuscany. Usually neutral, this grape turns into something special when grown and handled by a skilled hand.
