Jul 6th, 2020Light light red, fine mouse. Make no mistake despite its pale color this is dry, has bitter edge and has a real savory bite to it. Kinda like a small dog who will stand up to anyone. Must be the Lacrima. Had with pasta with asparagus, & red pepper, & and stood up well.

This is pretty damn delicious stuff. Not as intensely perfumed as the red. Really, really refreshing.

Drank this wine when I asked my sister to be my Maid of Honor :) The rose by itself has a wonderful taste. When we started to eat dinner (salmon and Israeli couscous salad) the taste changed but was still good!
