Tried this again. Not much better. Clean with nice bubble flow. Very berry aromas with sweet floral notes. On the palate this 100% Pinot Noir had over ripe red fruit flavors, a little off balance. Finish had some musty yeast notes. Better offerings out there, stick with Cava, Champagne or CA sparkling. Tasting Sample.

Look. Texas is roughly 2643962454 degrees. This is not the time for a Barolo. Light. Red fruit. Dry enough to to tickle that tartness impulse under the corner of your jaw. At $25 it'd be okay, but at $15 it's a damn delight. Don't judge me.
