Super burnt surfaced toasty, bretty initially with all the muted lemony goodness the earth allows. Tastes like the thinnest cellophane of strawberry jam on a perfectly cooked slice of toast, descending minutiae of fabulously textured bubbles. What a riddick value at 30ish bucks. Beauty.
