Handcrafted Kamptal Grüner Veltliner

Rewriting my understanding of this varietal’s abilities. This thing is like a ninja. You don’t know how good it is until it has already broken in and infiltrated your defenses. It’s green and yellow and vegetal and herbal and acidic and delicious with the right pairing.

Nettles honeysuckle and lime on the nose. Petillance. Great acidity SHERBERT and an interesting watery finish. Utterly refreshing though. Reminds me of an awesome GV I had at Madison St Pauls back in 2011.

Rich ass Gruner. Delicious

another gorgeous wine from arndorfer, very fruity and lightly spiced, a pleasure to drink

Wow bright tropical citrus. Tart passionfruit, lemon. Very slight bit of funk. 

a little hazy, really fun wine! lemon, lime, underripe pineapple, lychee, wet clay, fennel, white pepper. high acid. such a fun gruner!

Dinner with the London 6-top at Primeur

This is a fun one. Definitely gonna be a go to on a hit summer day.

E loved it. Great with cheese.
