This is absolutely delicious and to think it was recommended by some random person at the wine store! It’s a very smooth, full bodied wine with lots of blackberry and plum. I’ll definitely buy it again.

Let me start out and say, it’s 10 bucks! Was not expecting much, wine was simple and not offensive. Aromas of fully ripe fruits with herbal notes. On the palate basic dark berry flavors and some spice. Tannins were pleasant, ok balance, medium finish On a fruit ending. Tasting Sample.

Dark red purple (almost completely to the rim) in the glass. Nose and palate of blackish purple fruit with a touch of vanilla. Full body, medium tannins (surprisingly), and medium minus acidity. Nonetheless, this still seems a better wine with food than on its own in the glass. Pasta, cookout fare, chili, beef (of course), and perhaps game fowl would make excellent pairings.

Tart cherry/raspberry/unripe strawberry straight out of the bottle, a little concord grape and plum came through after it got some air. A little leather on the nose. Light body, little to no tannin, low acidity, very little spice. No finish to speak of. Almost seemed watered-down. There was not much"dark" about this blend. None of the chocolate/mocha, dark fruits, or spice usually present in "dark" blends. That said, no real flaws in this wine, just nothing to write home about. Boring but drinkable.

Dark ruby in color with a purplish red rim.

Wonderful, fruity nose with blackberries, blueberries, figs, raisins, cooked cherries, blackberry jam, oak, vanilla, licorice and black pepper.

Medium plus in body. Jammy with medium acidity.

Fruity and dry on the palate with blackberries, blueberries, currants, cherry jam, Cedar, licorice, vanilla, dark chocolate, tobacco, sweet candy and spices.

Medium finish with round tannins and spices.

A Nice party wine. Not offensive in any way and very enjoyable, but simple. A good weekday wine to sip on by itself and Well balanced.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

Dark fruit with hints of coffee and vanilla. Very enjoyable especially for the price.

Deep purple hue and very high saturation. Aromas and flavors of cassis, chocolate, coffee, cream, mushroom, oak, pepper, raspberry, and vanilla. Medium-high tannins and medium acidity. Smooth, deep, and zesty finish. A bold, flavorful, and fruit-forward blend.

Had with pot roast. A smooth flavorful wine. Drinks so above it's price point. Will be a standard at the house for years to come.
