Right now, this is all about the nose. Incredibly complex after a couple hours. Medium weight with combination of blue and red fruit. Palate subdued behind a mountain of acid. Looking forward to the bottles stashed in storage.

Matzoh and Mays Canyon? Cranberry and nutmeg on the nose. Cranberry,
sour cherries and a little white pepper on the palate. Finish is bright and fairly long. Pairs well with my wife’s epic Wagyu brisket from Allen Brothers. Luckily, my Irish wife took the other half of the brisket to make corned beef.

Great nose of strawberry and raspberry. Silky tannins and a long finish. Loved the intensity in this Pinot. I'm a believer.

Loved this. Elegant, sweet with enough acidity to balance it out. At five years of age, maybe hitting its peak?

Excellent wine needs some glass time bit wonderful nose if dark fruit dark cherry and baking spice .., velvety mouth feel with bright Med + acid and cherry pie .long long finish . Definitely a beaut that needs more bottle time
