L'Épervier Coteaux du Languedoc La Clape White Rhone Blend

I had much better memories of this wine same vintage tried one year ago. This bottle didn't show much neither opened up after hours

A very good example of Languedoc red.
2012 a deep and thus warm vintage.
The high alcohol it's to me the only lacking point over this very pleasant and enjoyable wine.
Tasted on October 2016

Tried this at a restaurant in Montreal. It was a great wine paired with seafood. Wasn't overly sweet yet also not too dry.
