Bright pale yellow. Tons of aromas on the nose with lots of tropical fruits like melon and lychee. Well balanced and moderate acidity (7/10). No grass on the palate, tons of lush tropical fruits and citrus notes like lemon curd and melon. Medium plus bodied with a slight mineral long finish. Drink till 2021.
Fruit is sourced from the Sonoma Coast, need to double check vineyard. Light whole cluster press and aged in a concrete egg. Only 80 cases produced and can only be purchased at the estate not online.
