Lively concoction of apricot, watermelon, green apple and more apricot! Paired with mussels in white wine. Nice acidic zip and crispness but with more weight than 11.5% abv.

Enjoyable supper for the summer.

Exotic coral and rust color. Aroma of peaches and pineapples. Dry as a bone with a little bit of sizzle. Long mineral finish. A nice end to a hot day.

Grape is grolleau Gris, sold at Cork. Floral and touches of maybe apricot. Full bodied but good acidity. Zero oak. Great with Beaufort cheese. Love it.
