Lovely pink color. Smells like fresh rainy rocks and lemon peel with a bit of pine. Easy and fresh in the mouth. Plenty of citrus. Bit of peach. Apple or pear juice without the sugars too. Hint of nice bitterness. A lovely, balance little sparkler.

Rosè for Moms Day. Soft floral notes with hints of ripe strawberries and white pepper. Bubbles are a little harsh, bit smooths out into a creamy body. Bright and citrusy. Bit short on finish. Solid.
