We don’t do Sunday roasts 🍗in our house, we do Sunday bbqs. It’s a nice easy dinner option to end the week. And I love having a good Shiraz to go with it 🙌
This week we’re enjoying this lovely little sample from Berton Vineyards (thank you!!). Introducing their Limited Release 2018 Barossa Valley Shiraz. Only 7000 bottles were made.
We found it a deep black plum red colour in the glass. Baking spice, berries, plums, cherries and mocha notes rise from the glass. While in the mouth it’s juicy with plenty of cherry and vanilla infused plum fruits, chewy tannins and a long lush finish.
This wine was sent to me as a sample, I was under no obligation to post about it.

Джемовый аромат, черная смородина, чуть жарковато, алкогольно, немного дерева. Яркий, взрывной вкус, аккуратные танины. Очень хорошо. Вслепую сказал бы, что кабсов ;)
