Cranberry and some red berries. feel delicacy. stinging acidity and slight bitterness. maybe too early to drink

A little value £15 bottle we bought for our Beef Bourguignon sauce tomorrow but as we only need 300ml we had the rest with Crispy Aromatic 🦆 & plum sauce today & it was better than I thought

🍷 Light clear cherry red w/ touch brown

👃 Fresh red cherry & vibrant raspberry w/ a waft of cool spring red flowers, young strawberry fields & red currant

👄 Light+ body of slight tart red berry & sour slight earthy green raspberry in med+ acidity

🎯 Med tart red fruit finish w/ a slight earthy strawberry linger

Complex, tannic dry back, peppery front, berries in the middle - full
