Glinty golden. Sage and olive blossom, lemon bread, orange nano-lade, yellow biquinho, baked apple, white plum, cactus flower. Big caper in a big round mouthfeel with fennel, baked lemon, baked gooseberry, baked table grape, lime peel and pith, soft grapefruit and tarragon. Really a smooth and round wine with a sensuous nature finishing with grapefruit and lemon piths.

Tasted this as I put it in to chill, then again when chilled - best temp is def the former. I think this has had some extended skin contact prior to pressing, as there feels like a phenolic fullness to this wine. That made it a bit bitter when chilled, but was lovely at cellar temp. Pretty floral, stone fruit and melon aromatics. Beeswax, white peach, lemon merengue on palate. Great texture and roundness.

Vintage 2014

Golden color. Straw. Not much aroma to pick up here. Hint of pool toy plastic in the pool. Can taste the age on it. Funky. Flavors and smells of dirty socks and pears.

4 months lees contact good tension and brightness stone fruits with stones

Peppery cab franc! Delicious.

Appearance of pure golden crystalline, lychee, a little bit of beeswax, smooth & uncomplicated, as it should be!

Flat, no liveliness, floral, apple on nose, more like pear on palate. Underwhelming . .

Very good. Ripe stone fruit, bees wax, white flowers, white pepper. Some tang to it to boot.

Celebratory dinner with my honey. Dry white with a slight effervescence. Excellent!
