Wanted something special for Tanya's birthday... Beautiful nose of white flowers, crushed rocks/fresh, bright and vibrant/flavors of white orchard fruits, tangerines, sweet citrus/clean, bracing finish. Gains weight with air, will be a stunner in a few years. Great pairing for fideos with clams & squid cooked with homemade Romesco sauce and topped with homemade Chimichurri
