Bright lemon yellow colour with butterscotch, wet stone and apple nose. Flavourlful palate with notes of lemon, caramel and honey. Lots of acidity. Chef recommended pairing with his arctic char at 50th Parallel Winery.

Excellent Chardonnay. 50th does everything very well, however there wasn’t anything that blew me away. Lunch at winery was wonderful.

This wine was made the year we got married. We bought it on our second wedding anniversary and opened it on our fifth. It aged very well. It has a beautiful balance of sweetness and acidity with a hint of toasted oak and a nice buttery mouth feel.

Outstanding Okanagan Chardonnay. Butterscotch and toasted hazelnut on the nose with a bold, buttery palate expressing flavours of peach, bright citrus and unripe pear. High acidity that cuts perfectly through the Haida Guai halibut we chose to pair it with.

Unbelievably good white. Rich, velvety, oaky, full. It’s complex and unique.
