Spiced rye bread and lemon zest. Teeny bubbles with high pitched lemon, jasmine, yellow apple.

Bone dry racing acid and zippy. Also rich and round in the epilogue.

Always exactly what I want because it’s my favorite type of wine - extremely well made dry sparkling classical method. Spiced lemon vanilla. Green apples and more baking spice. Structured, lean, zippy.

I’m all in.

This one is OK. Not as light and crisp as I tend to like in sparkling wine.

Definitely notice the Pinot Noir bone dry as the name implies really pretty- nice high acidity going great with smoked pheasant salad
