Underripe bing cherries, toasty apricot, clove, scorched lemon, blood orange, underripe tangerine, grapefruit and kumquat: a particularly sour, yellow one. This has an ethereal citrus that borders grapefruit and pickled apricots spin in an eddy of complex depth below. No 6 is super good. Sour cherries up front and funk in the end. I could drink this all day long.
